All consultations come with a detailed summary of topics discussed, the recommended plan, and additional resources to help get started.

3. Practice & Adjust
Follow-up sessions give us the opportunity to see how things are going, troubleshoot challenges, and build on your progress.

  • *75 minute initial consultation

    *Detailed training and management summary plus 30 days of email support after session

  • *75 minute initial consultation

    *One additional 45-60 minute follow-up session (within 45 days of initial)

    *Detailed training and management summary plus email support between sessions

  • *75 minute initial consultation

    *Two additional 45-60 minute follow-up sessions (within 90 days of initial)

    *Detailed training and management summary plus email support between sessions

  • *75 minute initial consultation

    *Three additional 45-60 minute follow-up sessions (within 120 days of initial)

    *Detailed training and management summary plus email support between sessions

In-Home areas available for clients located in and around Geist, Lawrence, Indianapolis, Fishers, Carmel, Zionsville, Noblesville, Greenfield, McCordsville and Fortville.

*There is an extra travel fee ($1/mile round trip) for any client located farther than 15 miles from Geist Plaza on Fall Creek Road.
